The Act was initially set to go live on 28 October 2024, but this has now been delayed to 24 February 2025. Changes to the process for providing feedback on tenders and the standstill period. The current procurement rules will remain in effect until 23 February 2025 and will apply to procurements commenced before this date.

This includes call-offs under existing framework agreements and DPS for their remaining terms. For DPS, there is a long stop date of 24 February 2029.
