Section 805 becomes effective on June 30, 2026 for the Entity Prohibition and June 30, 2027 for the Goods and Services Prohibition.

The RFI included 13 questions on infrastructure/supply chain resilience, workforce, innovation, acquisition, policy, and regulatory environment. GSA anticipates that results from this year’s evaluations will be available in 2026. GSA plans to invest $9.6 million to install and evaluate the systems.
