Public procurement is key to this endeavor because public institutions and state enterprises must procure vast amounts of goods, services, and works to do their jobs.

The Scottish Government Civil Engineering Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for projects up to £5 million can now be used by buyers to issue calls for competition. We have worked with internal and external stakeholders on the development of this collaborative DPS for use across the Scottish public sector.
