Public procurement needs to be more transparent, efficient, and accountable to tackle the major social and economic challenges faced by governments across the world. I have had opportunities to support more than 60 countries across the globe in reviewing and advising their e-procurement (e-GP) initiatives.
And the oversight and accountability of subcontracting efforts by prime contractors is getting more scrutiny.
