We downloaded, converted, and cleaned the source data (TED notices, Dominican specifications, and EU green requirements) to produce texts. We split the texts into sentences using Punkt Tokenizer Models from NLTK , since the EU uses 27 languages, and also since a naive approach can be sensitive to abbreviations, parentheticals, etc.
