Challenge: In Ukraine, a lack of machine-readable data about procurement appeals made it difficult for government suppliers to defend their rights and interests. At the same time, the Antimonopoly Committee received more than 10,500 procurement complaints with a total value of UAH 70.1 of all procurement appeals in Ukraine.
