OMB Aims to Increase Small Disadvantaged Business Spending in FY24 On October 25, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) released a memo informing agencies of Federal goals to award 13 percent of Federal procurement dollars to small disadvantaged businesses (SDBs) in fiscal year (FY) 2024. OMB concurred with the recommendation.
