The eProcurement Future Systems programme is moving forward with its initial phase. The plan is to replace the current pre award systems (PCS and PCS-t), innovation notices and contract and supplier management, with a single system.

That was followed by design workshops and in Sept 2012 they had a significant pilot involving 350 employees. She involved everyone who was going to be using or touched by the tool and proved the effectiveness of Procurement by working together, and by showing that by doing so, they got results. In 2013 they went live.
