Under the BCI, GSA will lead the government in negotiating a governmentwide IT software license agreement with a large software provider. The GSA Schedules program streamlines the procurement process by providing pre-negotiated contracts, making it easier for agencies to purchase goods and services. Federal agencies can easily find and purchase goods and services from GSA MAS Schedule contract holders through the GSA Advantage website.
