From 5-7 March 2025, South Korea’s PublicProcurement Service hosted an extraordinary conference featuring centralized purchasing agencies from over half of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) member states, from North America, Europe and Asia.
This year, we hosted a large number of workshops for all public sector buyers on the Single Procurement Document (SPD) module within Public Contracts Scotland (PCS). Bidders will use their SPD response to indicate whether their organisations meet the requirements to participate in the procurement exercise.
On August 22, 2024, Chris Yukins and Tom Daley (DLA Piper) presented to the International Research Study of PublicProcurement (IRSPP) group’s tenth workshop , in Charlotte, North Carolina, as part of the NIGP (Institute for Government Procurement) annual conference.
This coming Thursday I will be doing a workshop at the Lisbon Environmental Law cluster from the University of Lisbon. Without wanting to spoil too much in advance the gist of my talk will be a critique of the current prevailing view that we are moving publicprocurement from having rules on how we buy to what/why we buy instead.
